Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Address customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
