Job Overview

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Surveillance Senior Executive to oversee CCTV surveillance and electronic monitoring systems across hospitals, daycare centres, and clinics. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and organizational assets by maintaining effective surveillance operations, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with technical teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Surveillance

• Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance operations across healthcare facilities.
• Ensure uninterrupted surveillance coverage and system functionality.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify blind spots and security gaps.

System Maintenance

• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems.
• Ensure timely repairs, upgrades, and replacement of surveillance equipment.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.

Risk Management

• Identify security risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor suspicious activities and report incidents promptly.
• Assist in investigations by reviewing CCTV footage.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to hospital security policies and statutory compliance.
• Maintain surveillance logs, incident reports, and audit records.
• Prepare monthly surveillance performance reports for management.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with CCTV and security system vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Follow up on service requests and equipment maintenance.

Staff Awareness

• Conduct awareness sessions on surveillance protocols and emergency procedures.
• Support implementation of security best practices across facilities.

Key Requirements

• Experience2–4 years of experience in surveillance, security operations, or CCTV monitoring.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare, or corporate facilities will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
