Area Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in the assigned area. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales executives / channel partners

• Drive property sales and achieve monthly targets

• Generate new leads through marketing activities and field visits

• Build strong relationships with clients and investors

• Conduct site visits and property presentations

• Monitor team performance and provide training/support

• Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns

• Maintain sales reports and CRM updates

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (minimum 1 year in team handling)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Good knowledge of local real estate market

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to achieve targets and manage a sales team
