US IT Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented US IT Bench Sales Executive to market and place bench consultants with implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients across the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a strong understanding of US staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Search and identify suitable requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
• Submit consultant profiles matching client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.Negotiate bill rates and close placements successfully.
• Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement reports.
• Keep consultants updated regarding interview schedules and project status.
• Ensure consultants are continuously marketed to minimize bench time.
• Follow up with vendors and clients until successful onboarding.
• Maintain consultant availability and skill inventory in internal databases.
• Meet individual and team placement targets.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing and Bench Sales process.
