Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our toughened glass products and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, architectural, interior, and building materials sectors.
• Visit dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators to promote company products.
• Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate orders, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
• Candidate RequirementsEducationGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in the Glass, Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, Aluminium, Plywood, or Interior industry is preferred.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
