Industrial Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven, technically minded Industrial Sales Executive to grow our business-to-business (B2B) client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing relationships with industrial clients, and selling our products. You will act as the bridge between our clients' operational needs, ensuring we deliver solutions that maximize their efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•  Identify, prospect, and secure new industrial accounts through cold calling, networking, industry events, and following up on leads.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, conducting regular site visits to understand their evolving operational needs.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact and price negotiation and closing the deal.
• prepare accurate commercial proposals, tenders, and technical RFQs (Request for Quotes).
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new product opportunities or threats.

Experience & Education:

1.       Bachelor’s degree.

2.       2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the industrial, manufacturing Industries.

3.       Proven track record of driving sales growth

4.       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5.       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6.       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7.       CTC: 1.8 L To 3.6 L
