Sales Intern

About the Role

Muthoot Finance Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Interns to support the Personal Loan Cross Sell team. This internship offers hands-on experience in banking and financial services, customer engagement, sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers and generate leads for Personal Loan cross-selling
• Explain loan products, features, and eligibility criteria to customers
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Follow up with prospective customers to complete the sales process
• Coordinate with branch teams for document collection and loan processing
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system
• Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize cross-selling opportunities

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc or any Graduate)
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location, if required

• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Team player with good relationship management skills

• Stipend Months 1–6: ₹12,500 per month
• Months 7–12: ₹18,000 per month

Career Progression Successful interns who demonstrate strong performance during the internship will be considered for the role of Sales Executive – Personal Loan Cross Sell.

CTC after On-Role Conversion: ₹3.0 LPA (as per company policy)
