Job Description
Job SummaryThe 4-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for generating vehicle sales by identifying customer needs, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate sales leads through showroom visits, references, telecalling, and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for vehicle financing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and complete all required documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities
