Job Description

WAITER – JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team.


  • Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers politely.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks on time.
  • Explain menu items and answer customer questions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper table arrangements.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff.
  • Check customer satisfaction during service.
  • Prepare and clear tables before and after meals.
  • Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
  • Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Polite, punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
