Job Description

Outbound & Inbound Calls: Dial customers with pending loan EMIs, overdue accounts, or non-performing assets (NPAs) to prompt payments.

Negotiation & Settlements: Discuss financial difficulties with borrowers and negotiate feasible repayment terms, restructuring, or settlement options within company policy.

Record Keeping: Update CRM software or collection databases with call outcomes, payment promises, and revised dates.

Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery and calling metrics set by team leads.
