Program Manager/ Assistant Manager, For Academics, Accounts, Admissions , Placements And Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Manager / Senior Admission Counsellor with a mandatory B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and preferably an MBA or M.Tech in AI/CSE from a recognized institution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills, proven experience in EdTech admissions, student counselling, business development, or academic operations, and strong expertise in admissions management, CRM platforms, and toll-free call handling systems. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau, Claude AI, and ChatGPT, with excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The role involves counselling prospective learners about IIT Patna and IIIT Ranchi academic programs, converting leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups, managing CRM, admission documentation, lead tracking, and toll-free enquiries, leading and mentoring the counselling team to achieve admission targets, preparing MIS reports and dashboards, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and learner support, and ensuring an outstanding learner experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
