Position: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Varanasi (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations and help grow our brand across multiple platforms.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory and update stock regularly.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Coordinate with courier and warehouse teams.
- Handle customer queries and marketplace support.
- Run promotional campaigns and improve product visibility.
- Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain accurate product and order data.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- QualificationGraduate (Preferred)
- Freshers with good learning ability are also welcome.
