Merchandiser

1.  Coordinate with international buyers to understand product requirements, specifications, and delivery schedules.

2.  Manage the complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to final shipment.

3.  Liaise with production, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

4.  Source raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to meet quality and delivery standards.

5.  Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to shipment timelines.

6.  Prepare and coordinate export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and compliance records.

7.  Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners for smooth export operations.

8.  Ensure products comply with buyer specifications, international quality standards, and export regulations.

9.  Resolve production, quality, shipment, or customer issues to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, costs, and  buyer communications while preparing periodic merchandising and export reports.
