Job Position: Fleet Operations Executive

Role: A fleet operations executive manages daily vehicle movements, tracks logistics costs, and coordinates with drivers and vendors. Key duties include route optimisation, maintenance tracking, and performance reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: Monitor vehicle availability, allocation, and utilisation while maintaining fleet records.
• Route Planning: Plan and optimise delivery routes for timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Driver Management: Manage driver schedules, attendance, documents, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Fuel Management: Track fuel consumption, mileage, and identify abnormal usage.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain valid vehicle documents and ensure timely renewals.
• Dispatch & Monitoring: Track vehicle movement, delivery status, and resolve transportation issues.
• Safety: Ensure vehicle inspections, safe driving practices, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Cost Control: Monitor transportation expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly reports on fleet utilisation, fuel, maintenance, and driver performance.
