Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job SummaryTrue Vision Tech & Security is looking for an experienced Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer cum CCTV Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, networking, CCTV installation, and field service. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy solving technical problems, we'd love to hear from you.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssemble, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktop computers.
- Install Windows OS, drivers, software, and applications.
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues.
- Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi networks, and LAN connections.
- Perform LAN cable crimping, network testing, and troubleshooting.
- Install and configure Analog & IP CCTV cameras.
- Configure DVR/NVR systems and remote viewing on mobile and PC.
- Visit customer locations for installation, maintenance, and technical support.
- Prepare installation reports and provide customer demonstrations.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Required SkillsComputer Hardware Assembly & Troubleshooting
- Windows Installation & Software Setup
- Networking (TCP/IP, Router, Switch, Wi-Fi)
- LAN Cable Crimping & Network Troubleshooting
- CCTV Installation (Analog & IP Cameras)
- DVR/NVR Configuration
- Remote Access Setup
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- EligibilityMinimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc IT or equivalent qualification.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own bike preferred.
- Ability to work independently and travel for field service.
- PreferredExperience with CP Plus, Dahua, Hikvision, or similar CCTV brands.
- Basic knowledge of printers, biometric devices, and attendance systems.
- CCNA or Hardware & Networking certification is an added advantage.
