REBAR DETAILER AND ESTIMATOR

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rebar Detailer and Rebar Estimator to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or civil engineering, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in both rebar detailing and estimating. 

This is an onsite position with no option for remote work.

Responsibilities: Rebar Detailer: 

•  - Prepare detailed rebar shop drawings based on structural and architectural plans. 
•  - Create bar lists and bending schedules. 
•  - Ensure all rebar detailing complies with industry standards and project specifications.

Rebar Estimator: 

•  - Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed rebar quantity takeoffs. 
•  - Prepare and submit an accurate Rebar Estimate Report. 
•  - Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment with project timelines. 
•  - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction methods. 
•  - Prepare and present detailed reports on project cost estimates and variances. Qualifications: 
•  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering. 
•  - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in rebar detailing and estimating. 
•  - Proficient in using Rebar CAD and aSa software and other relevant tools for rebar detailing and estimating.

•  - Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and industry standards. 
•  - Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. 
•  - Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work. 
•  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
•  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.
