Job Description

  • MANAGE THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE BRANCH.
  • SUPERVISE AND SUPPORT BRACH STAFF.
  • HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES AND RESOLVE COMPLAINTS.
  • MONITOR SALES AND ACHIEVE BRACH TARGETS.
  • COODINATE WITH THE HEAD OFFICE.
  • MAKE OUTBOUND AND RECIEVE INBOUND CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS.
  • EXPLAIN THE COMPANYS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
  • ANSWER CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION.
  • SCHDULE APPOINTMENTS OR BOOKINGS IF REQUIRED.
