We operate through offline stores and strong digital lead channels including social media, OLX, website enquiries, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. We are building a structured lead management system focused on high conversion and customer satisfaction.
🎯 Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Management & Conversion Executive responsible for handling digital enquiries and converting them into store visits and confirmed sales.
The ideal candidate must have strong follow-up discipline, product knowledge, and the ability to confidently handle exchange-related enquiries.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to leads generated from social media, OLX, website, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements (new purchase / exchange / resale).
- Provide accurate product details, pricing, warranty, and device condition information.
- Handle exchange enquiries by collecting device details and coordinating valuation.
- Maintain systematic follow-ups until closure.
- Convert enquiries into store visits, bookings, and sales.
- Maintain accurate lead records in Google Sheets / CRM.
- Coordinate with the in-store sales team for seamless deal closure.
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- âś… Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills
- Malayalam (Mandatory)
- English (Preferred)
- Hindi (Preferred)
- Tamil (Preferred)
- Good knowledge of smartphones and market trends.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or digital lead handling preferred.
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
🕒 Working Hours9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
(Flexibility required during peak enquiry hours.)
💰 Compensation₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
