Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives)

We are seeking high-performance Retail Sales Executives who are driven, disciplined, and capable of delivering measurable results in a competitive retail environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional in-store customer experience
• Convert walk-in inquiries into successful sales transactions
• Provide detailed product consultation on smartphones and accessories
• Manage exchange transactions with proper device evaluation
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
• Execute structured upselling strategies for accessories and add-ons
• Maintain accurate billing and sales documentation
• Ensure professional product display and store presentation
• Adhere to company pricing, negotiation, and compliance standards
• Support team collaboration and contribute to overall store growth
• Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in mobile retail sales preferred
• Strong product knowledge of smartphones (Apple, Samsung, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Languages required: English and Hindi
• Malayalam or Tamil proficiency preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and computer operations
