Profile: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) - Kotak Bank

Location: Thane West

Job Description:

Kotak Bank is hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRM) to manage customer relationships, promote banking products, and drive sales through outbound calling.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate (Result & Marksheet Mandatory)
  • Maximum Age: 31 Years
  • Experience in BFSI Product Sales through Calling (Mandatory)
  • Good English Communication Skills

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA CTC | ₹32,000 In-Hand

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: All Sundays + 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
