We are looking for a polite and active Receptionist to manage front desk work at our kids play zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome parents and kids
  • Explain pricing and packages
  • Handle billing and visitor entry
  • Reply to calls and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Manage birthday party enquiries
  • Coordinate with play area staff
  • Take feedback and request Google reviews

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-friendly nature
  • Reception/retail experience preferred
