Job Description
● Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for materials, services, and subcontracting needs
● Raise and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in line with project requirements
● Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
● Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules
● Track order status, follow up on deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues
● Ensure material quality, specifications, and compliance with approved standards
● Maintain vendor database, rate contracts, and comparative statements
● Coordinate with accounts team for invoice verification, and payment processing
● Monitor inventory levels and assist in avoiding shortages or excess stock
● Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports
● Support audits and ensure adherence to company procurement policies
