Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily pick-up requests from corporate clients & for different locations
* Communicate with drivers and logistics partners for route planning and timely execution
* Track pick-up status and ensure completion within the committed timeline
* Maintain records of pick-up requests, completed collections, and pending schedules
* Coordinate with the workers for the smooth handling of collected materials
* Resolve client queries related to pick-up schedules and service updates
* Follow up with customers for invoices & gate pass or relevant documents required for compliance
* Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Basic knowledge of Excel and operational reporting
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up efficiently
* Experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles preferred
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
