Accountant

Brief description

The role of Accountant demands analyzing, forecasting and planning of the financial information, preparing reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, taxation, p&l, and all financial records within the organization along with the routine of daily chores of basic accounting. The step by step role of the accountant is described as under:-

·        Establish table of account and verifying respective entries viz. purchase & sales, debit & credit etc.

·        Verifying invoices, purchases, and other financial records of the company.

·        Managing, strengthening & tallying client accounts periodically.

·        Follow ups for payment with the respective client upon the confirmation of receipt of goods by the sales coordinator on the respective date.

·        Analyzing business operations, costs, revenues, financial commitments, obligations, projecting future revenues & expenses.

·        Ensuring timely computation of GST & IT returns and other taxes before the due dates.

·        Develop budgets for marketing & sales activities.
