The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination and day-to-day HR operations.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the complete recruitment & selection process from sourcing to joining.
• Create, post and manage job openings across job portals & social media platforms.
• Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic & personal interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HR records.
• Handle attendance, employee coordination and basic HR operations.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with management.
• Maintain candidate & employee databases.
• Support employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• REQUIRED SKILLSExcellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong recruitment & talent sourcing ability
• Good interview & candidate evaluation skills
• Knowledge of HR operations & documentation
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving ability
• Professional attitude with a result-oriented mindset

ELIGIBILITY🎓 Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months in HR / Finance HR / Recruitment

📅 Working: 6 Days a Week

SALARY & INCENTIVES💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 / Month

🎯 Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,500
