Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to develop international markets and generate export business for our FMCG products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in international sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and importers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new international customers, distributors, importers, and wholesalers.
• Generate export inquiries through B2B portals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, trade fairs, and other lead generation platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations, price offers, and commercial proposals.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed export orders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas buyers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Prepare export documentation in coordination with the export documentation department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, orders, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
• Study international markets, competitors, pricing, and product trends.
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
• Participate in international exhibitions, virtual meetings, and buyer presentations when required.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business, or FMCG exports.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
• Required SkillsExcellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of international trade practices and Incoterms.
• Understanding of export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of B2B platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and LinkedIn is preferred.
