Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain business data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, operations, inventory, and financial data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Generate ad hoc reports based on management requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
- Maintain and update databases and records.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Macros preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
- Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar)
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
