Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused D2C Sales Executive to join our growing Home Industry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers through online channels, generating sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other online platforms.
• Explain product features, benefits, and service offerings effectively.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads to drive conversions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Online Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good English and Hindi communication skills.
