Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry in transport/logistics software (Windows-based).
  • Prepare transport bills, invoices, and delivery documents.
  • Send bills and documents to customers via email.
  • Coordinate courier dispatch of PODs, invoices, and transport documents.
  • Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  • Update truck loading, unloading, and transit status.
  • Maintain customer and transporter records.
  • Handle basic Excel reports and daily MIS.
  • Track courier deliveries and document submissions.
  • Support office administration and customer communication.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
  • Experience in logistics, transport, or billing preferred.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate.
