Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Audit Executive to strengthen our internal control systems, ensure compliance, identify operational risks, and support process improvements across business functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in internal or operational audits, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits across Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Stores, Finance, and Operations.
• Review financial and operational transactions, approvals, documentation, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Identify operational risks, control gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Perform inventory audits, stock verification, and reconciliation.
• Prepare audit reports with observations, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen internal control mechanisms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit compliance.

• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
