Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting, taxation, banking, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling GST, TDS, bookkeeping, vendor payments, and statutory compliance while supporting management with accurate financial information.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime/ERP.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related accounting records.
• Process employee reimbursements and payroll support.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheet schedules.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain debtor ageing reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support management with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
• Required QualificationsB.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
• 3–7 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in an industrial automation, engineering, or manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and project costing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
