Chemical Process Engineer

We are looking for a Chemical Process Executive with 0–2 years of experience to support chemical processing, production activities, quality standards, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Organic Chemistry and be willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitor chemical processes as per defined SOPs and process parameters.
• Handle and monitor raw materials, chemicals, and intermediates safely.
• Conduct chemical reactions and ensure proper process control.
• Maintain accurate records of batches, processes, observations, and test results.
• Monitor temperature, pH, concentration, reaction time, and other relevant parameters.
• Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues and deviations.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure consistent product quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper chemical handling practices.
• Support process optimization and improvement activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare and maintain required process documentation and reports.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Organic Chemistry and chemical reactions.
• Basic understanding of chemical manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments and chemical handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in a production/chemical processing environment.
• EligibilityB.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Organic Chemistry.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
• Candidates with experience in chemical manufacturing/process industries will be preferred.
