Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Nana Varachha, Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various domains while ensuring timely closures of open positions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
• Achieve monthly hiring and recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in IT or Non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
