HR Recruiter Job Role

An HR Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements with managers.
• Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Perform reference and background checks when required.
• Negotiate salary and explain employment terms.
• Issue offer letters and support the onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
