We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources functions, support our growing team, and build a strong, performance-driven work culture. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and overall HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments (plant, sales, accounts, operations)
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality candidates
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Employee Management & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Oversee payroll coordination and leave management
- Implement and improve HR policies and processes
