📍 Location: Fulbari, Dhupguri & Siliguri
💼 Role: Field Recruiter (Blue-Collar Hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit blue-collar candidates for warehouse/field operations.
- Conduct field visits for sourcing, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Handle bulk hiring for roles such as Packer, Picker, Sorter, Loader, Unloader, Data Entry Operator, and ITI profiles.
Eligibility:
✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring recruitment.
✅ Minimum 12th Pass.
✅ Bike is mandatory.
✅ Male & Female candidates can apply.
💰 CTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month.
