Sunrise Engineering is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team in Shikrapur, Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating CNC machines, reading engineering drawings, and maintaining production quality. Candidates residing in Shikrapur or nearby Pune locations are preferred.

⚙️ Operate CNC machines efficiently while following all safety procedures

🛠️ Set up CNC machines and monitor production processes
🔍 Inspect finished components using measuring instruments to ensure quality standards
🔧 Perform routine machine maintenance and report any machine issues
📝 Maintain production records and complete assigned work within deadlines
🤝 Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth manufacturing operations
📈 Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality
✅ Candidate Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operating experience
✔ Knowledge of CNC machine setup and measuring instruments
✔ Ability to read engineering drawings and follow work instructions
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality
✔ Candidates from Shikrapur or nearby Pune areas will be preferred
💰 Salary:
💵 Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹28,000 per month (As per Skills & Experience)
💸 Performance Incentive: ₹4,000 (As per Performance)
