Job Description
Job Title: Collection Telecaller
A Collection Telecaller is a customer support professional who contacts customers to remind them about overdue bills, follows up on pending payments, and assists them in setting up convenient repayment options. They work with banks, loan companies, or credit card providers to recover outstanding payments over the phone while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
Salary: ₹14,000–₹18,000 per month + attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Remind customers of pending bills and payment due dates.
- Negotiate and arrange suitable repayment plans.
- Update customer payment records accurately.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Prior telecalling or collections experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
