About the Role
MMTSOFT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Female Tele Sales Executives to generate business leads and convert them into customers. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to have you on our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads for:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- Digital Marketing Services
- Cloud Hosting
- Custom Software Development
- Other IT Services
- Explain our products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule online/offline meetings whenever required.
- Negotiate with customers and close deals.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Eligibility
- Female candidates only.
- Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)
