Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PVC Panel Machine Operator to operate and monitor PVC panel production machinery, ensuring smooth production, consistent product quality, and safe working practices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate PVC panel extrusion/production machines as per production requirements.
• Set and adjust machine parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, and cooling.
• Monitor the production process and maintain required panel dimensions and surface quality.
• Handle raw materials and ensure correct material mixing/feeding as per specifications.
• Check panels for defects such as cracks, uneven surfaces, color variation, thickness variation, and dimensional issues.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, changeover, and basic adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or abnormalities to the maintenance/supervisor team.
• Maintain proper production records, output reports, and rejection details.
• Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with helpers, production supervisors, quality personnel, and maintenance staff.
• Minimize material wastage and maintain production targets.
• Required SkillsPrevious experience operating PVC panel/extrusion machinery preferred.
• Basic knowledge of PVC materials and extrusion processes.
• Ability to understand machine controls and production parameters.
• Good observation and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify common production and quality defects.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts when required.
• Qualification
• ITI / Diploma / equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• Relevant machine-operation experience may be considered in place of formal qualification.
