Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in flexographic printing techniques

• Prepare and set up the flexographic printing machine according to job specifications (color, size, material, and design)

• Mount printing plates and adjust registration, tension, and pressure

• Mix inks and match colors to customer requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Basic machine maintenance skills

• Knowledge of quality control and printing standards


Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or equivalent.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience operating Flexographic Printing Machines (e.g., CI Flexo, Stack Type, or Narrow Web).
