Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective buyers and investors.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property and wealth opportunities.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project site visits.

• Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records using CRM software.

• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities.

Requirements :

✅ 2–3+ years of experience in sales.

✅ Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

✅ Good knowledge of computers and CRM software.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✅ Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

✅ Experience in real estate, automobile showroom sales, banking, insurance, wealth management, or premium retail sales will be preferred.

✅ Candidates residing in or around Margao will be given preference.
