Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day interior finishing and fit-out activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project engineers.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and timelines.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards.
- Manage labour deployment and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.
- Resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
- Verify measurements and monitor finishing works such as flooring, false ceiling, painting, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
