Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle recruitment activities including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR compliance documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, offer letters, and other official documents.
- Manage office administration, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
