Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off-Role Sales Representative to join our bank distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products/services to new and existing clients. The role will be contracted through a third-party agency and will focus on meeting sales targets, building bank and customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. 

• Branch Visit / Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through visiting branches network and bank sales hub/offices. 

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with product information and answering inquiries.

• Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the L1 reporting manager (Pine Labs 2A-2C) 

• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies and goals.

Qualifications:

• Min Graduate with Min 2-3 years of experience 

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in a similar industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Knowledge of banking product or industry knowledge is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Requirement: 

• Monday – Saturday (6 days working) from 9.30am to 6.30pm 

• Daily reporting to L1 Pine Manager 

• Min 15 Visits per day as per reporting manager instructions 

• Two Wheeler not required 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.

• A strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer demands.
