Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, maintain store presentation, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their needs.
  • Recommend suitable products and explain product features and benefits.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock verification.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
  • Support the store team during promotional events and seasonal sales.
