Job Description
We are hiring a MIS Executive at Bajrangbali Roadways, Raipur.
About Us:
Bajrangbali Roadways (BR) is a Pan-India ISO 9001:2015 certified Full Truck Load (FTL) road transport company headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on sales, operations and fleet data
- Build dynamic dashboards and pivot tables using Google Sheets (QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA)
- Write Google Apps Script to automate emails, data cleaning, approvals and form workflows
- Set up WhatsApp automation alerts via WATI/Twilio/Gupshup for daily reports and KPI triggers
- Connect Google Sheets with Google Forms, CRM and Tally via APIs
- Track trends, variances and KPIs and flag anomalies to management
- Identify manual reporting gaps and convert them into automated workflows
- Document SOPs for all automated processes
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in MIS, Data Analysis or Business Automation
- Expert in Google Sheets formulas, charts and dashboards
- Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script (JavaScript), APIs and triggers
- Must have: WhatsApp Business API experience (WATI / Twilio / Gupshup)
- Good to have: SQL, Python basics, Looker Studio, Zapier/Make
- Experience in logistics or transport industry preferred
- Graduate in IT, Commerce, Statistics or Engineering

- 100% on-time MIS report delivery
- Zero manual errors in automated workflows
