Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the store.
  • Help customers find products and provide product information.
  • Pick, pack, and hand over online orders accurately.
  • Refill shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly.
  • Check product quality, expiry dates, and stock availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
  • Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments (if assigned).
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Follow store SOPs, safety guidelines, and inventory processes.
  • Support stock receiving, unloading, and inventory counting.
