Job Description
Hiring: Civil Site Engineer (High-Rise Residential Project)
📍 Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on Experience)
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for the execution of a multi-storey residential apartment project in Raipur.
- Job RequirementsMinimum 4-8 years of experience in execution of multi-storey (G+5 or above) residential/commercial buildings
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in RCC works, finishing works, masonry and waterproofing
- Ability to manage contractors, labour and subcontractors
- Knowledge of quality control and construction sequencing
- Strong understanding of structural drawings and architectural drawings
- Good knowledge of BOQ, BBS and quantity verification
- Planning daily site activities and monitoring project progress
- Coordination with consultants, architects and MEP teams
- Ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
- ResponsibilitiesComplete site execution from foundation to finishing
- Supervise daily construction activities
- Maintain quality and workmanship at site
- Monitor material consumption and site productivity
- Prepare daily progress reports
- Coordinate inspections and resolve site issues
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Preferred CandidateCandidate currently working in Raipur or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Experience in residential high-rise apartment projects is mandatory.
- Immediate joining or short notice candidates will be given preference.
