Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing leads, coordinating client interactions, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming property inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Coordinate property site visits between clients and sales executives.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-up status.
• Assign leads to sales executives and track their progress.
• Follow up with prospective clients to schedule meetings and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, property details, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams.
• Maintain records of bookings, agreements, and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through effective coordination.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• 6 months or 1 year of experience in Real Estate or Sales Coordination.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹15000 per month (Based on experience)
